SPARTAN RANKY ARTIST PROFILE AND BIOGRAPHY

INTRODUCTION

Godwin Sunday Eka Ette, professionally known as Spartan Ranky, is a talented musician, singer, and songwriter from Nigeria. Born on January 27, 1983, in Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State, Spartan Ranky's musical journey spans over two decades, with a career that has been marked by dedication, perseverance, and a passion for creating exceptional music.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Spartan Ranky's early life was shaped in Cross River State, where he completed his primary education at Akamkpa Primary School. He then proceeded to Calabar Main Town for his secondary education but ultimately obtained his SSCE at, Emilis secondary commercial school also in Calabar.

Although born in Cross River State, Spartan Ranky hails from Esit Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, a region that has played a significant role in shaping his musical style and cultural identity.

 

MUSIC CAREER

Spartan Ranky's music career began in 2000, when he started performing as a live band artist. He worked with several bands across Akwa Ibom State, honing his craft and developing his unique sound. This period of his career was marked by intense hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn and improve.

In the early stages of his career 2006, Spartan Ranky released an album titled "When I'm Right," which included the hit single "SPARTAN RANKY AYONG ADI." This album showcased his talent and creativity, earning him recognition within the music.

 Spartan ranky  holds the office of the operation manager at Ibom reggae supper star. 

Under his tenure Ibom reggae supperstars release an album titled REGGAE CHECK POINTS vol 1 and 2, sponsored by Dr Brown 

Which consist of Akwa Ibom reggae legends like, late Ras Maxwell Udoh, Late Billy Bill, The Twins Solototo and Elewo Africa, Joshua Toma, Mighty Jordan, Prophet Zion, Hosman Harry, Rasman Topilop and  Spartan Ranky himself.

Over the years, Spartan Ranky has collaborated with numerous artists, including Lucky Ben, Mighty Jordan, Prophet Zion, Hosman Harry, and many others. These collaborations have not only expanded his musical horizons but also solidified his position as a respected artist within the industry.

CURRENT PROJECTS

Spartan Ranky is currently working on a new album with superstar artist Sir Wilker Jackson. This highly anticipated project promises to deliver exceptional music that will captivate audiences and further establish Spartan Ranky's reputation as a talented artist.
